Booking Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions terms the “Company” and/or “We2 refer to Norfolk Bowen Therapy.

Prior to your appointment you will be sent an informed of costs, cancellation policy, how to make payment etc and you are required to read these and make sure you are happy to continue. You will be asked to give your contact details and complete an intake form to check the suitable for the technique. Once this has happened, and you have made payment in full, this will then form an agreement between you and the Company for your therapy. Once payment has been received, you will then receive emailed confirmation of your payment, booked session, and either directions to the clinic if attending in person, or a Zoom link if your session(s) are to take place online.

You accept that the therapy is based entirely on the information you supply and which you guarantee is truthful and accurate and any changes that may occur with this information in between sessions, you are responsible for informing the Company and your therapist.

Your IEMT sessions will last approximately 1 hour each and OldPain2Go® approximately 90 minutes. Please make sure that you allow yourself enough time for this and you are ready to participate in the sessions on time. If you are having your session online, please be in the waiting room 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make a full appointment session available, but this cannot be guaranteed. If your session is shorter than planned due to your late arrival, then the session fee remains payable in full.

Your sessions will take place at Norfolk Bowen Therapy, Cantley, NR13 3SD (face to face or online) unless stated and agreed otherwise.

At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment in order that we may offer it to someone else, otherwise I reserve the right to charge in full for the missed appointment.

The Company reserves the right to cancel an appointment at their sole discretion, this will only be in exceptional circumstances and as much notice as possible will be given. The Company shall not be liable for any financial loss or other consequential loss of the cancellation.

Disclaimer:

It is our aim to help you achieve your desired outcome from the therapy and we will always do our best to help you. However, you accept that nothing can be guaranteed. Payment is made for your sessions regardless of the outcome and you recognise that results may and will differ from person to person.

OldPain2Go® Disclaimer:

Following a session, if you wish to reduce or stop any medication, you must seek medical advice. OldPain2Go® is not a substitute for medical advice. You will be accepting full responsibility for turning the pain off and if you experience new pain, you must seek medical advice.

All information disclosed to the Company is treated confidentially except if:

• You reveal you intend to harm yourself or another person
• You reveal that a child is being abused or is in danger of abuse
• We are compelled to reveal information by a court order
• You reveal you are a member of a terrorist organisation
• You reveal you are laundering money from the sale of drugs

We are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
